Megaton Girl isn’t just “some show we’d like to make one day.” Megaton Girl is something we’re actively making a pilot animatic for. In addition to all the general series bible stuff we’ve been sharing, we do in fact have a script for a pilot, and have started focusing on designing pilot-specific elements and not just elements that would eventually pop up in the show.
One of these is a truck from the Promethea Zoo. This plays a very important role in Megaton Girl’s pilot, but it’ll likely be a long time until we’re able to reveal just what that role is.

But anyways, I can only speak for myself (if the other guys wanna chime in, I’ll post y’alls answers), and it is as hard choice. I feel like H Jon Benjamin could kill it actually if it were to be “I am so goddamned powerful, you really didn’t expect this voice, did y’all?” type situation. Others that come to mind would be Samuel Jackson while constantly yelling, Justin Roiland, the voices of every single SU VA speaking at the same time, Kyle Kinane either in his speaking voice or doing a booming, “I am a God” voice, or Dan LaFontaine. Or maybe Ron Perlman, he could do it well.
Kind of depends on the direction they would take this 100% sure to be canon character, I guess. I sort of trust the Crewniverse to do it right.

Dan Avidan doing his “Cranberries!” voice. A bit more of a serious delivery, but I envision the character as being old and wizened and a bit insane.
